About Me
Cornelius Brown has called Texas home all of his life. Dallas, Texas is where he grew up prior to moving to Lubbock and obtaining his degree from Lubbock Christian University in Theater and Music Education. After teaching for a year he moved into the Multi Family Real Estate Market, where he grew a passion for flipping apartments(value adds, full reno, etc.). He moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he was the Director of Property Management for a national apartment company, and in charge of 12,000 doors in 8 different states. After traveling non stop for 3 years he decided to focus on local real estate in the San Antonio market. Cornelius still has a passion for theater and music, and is also the Youth Director and Worship leader at Asbury United Methodist Church. He is married to his best friend, Ninon, and they have a beautiful daughter named Skylar.
